Digital Brochure for Old Bank Chambers, Manchester

We recently completed the design of a digital brochure under the instructions of Metier Property Group, to promote The Skyline Suite in Manchester’s prestigious Old Bank Chambers.

Old Bank Chambers offers high-class accommodation with spectacular views over Manchester. The stunning period building is situated in St Ann’s Square, a fantastic city centre location. The property comprises a stunning six-storey building with retail on the ground floor and office accommodation above. The top floor penthouse suite, also known as ‘The Skyline Suite’ provides wonderful city views.

Our branding concept for The Skyline Suite was inspired by the architectural footprint and six-storey construction of Old Bank Chambers. The icon, visible on each page of the digital brochure, can also be perceived as stacked bank notes with the top layer representing the available suite, highlighting the superiority of the space available.

Boasting excellent transport links, the building is closely located to a number of Metrolink stops, with the Piccadilly Bus Interchange and Railway Station no more than a 10-minute walk away. Access to the national railway can also be reached from Victoria railway station, with the new city cross link of the Metro line to be located close by.

Old Bank Chambers also benefits from immediate access to Manchester’s retail core, with the area served by an abundance of hotels, restaurants and bars, making it a prominent and impressive office location.

An annotated aerial photograph has been integrated into the digital brochure, highlighting Old Bank Chambers’ proximity to nearby amenities, attractions and road and transport links. A road map is also included, to further promote the building’s prestigious city centre location.

A gallery featuring a wealth of freshly commissioned photography showcases the striking and luxurious office suite within the Skyline Suite.

The agent for the building is Canning O’Neill.
