This week sees the launch of a new brochure to market flagship shopping centre, Marble Place in Southport.
We were instructed by retail specialists, Tushingham Moore to create an eye-catching brochure that showcases the available units surrounding anchor tenant TK Maxx in the newly branded shopping centre. The look and feel of the brochure ties in with the consumer website, ensuring brand consistency throughout.
The brochure includes a bespoke map highlighting Marble Place’s prime northwest location and shows the shopping centre’s proximity to nearby towns and cities and surrounding road networks. An annotated goad is also featured, clearly presenting existing tenants, including Primark and BHS, and detailing opportunities for prospective occupiers.
The finished marketing tool features a bold colour scheme, with a clean, contemporary look and feel to immediately draw prospects in.
