We recently produced an interactive brochure, designed and built for full compatibility with iPad, on behalf of Willan Developments to promote the Clock Tower office scheme in Holmes Chapel.
The Clock Tower consists of three self-contained, two storey offices available as a whole or on a building by building basis offering a range of sizes.
The iBrochure features a location map, detailing the Clock Tower’s prominent location in an attractive setting within easy walking distance from Holmes Chapel Railway Station and the village centre. The map also displays the property’s close proximity to the motorway network, with Junction 18 of the M6 only 5 minutes’ drive away, which provides links to the M56 and M60. An annotated aerial map is also included, highlighting the development’s location to surrounding roads and areas.
Detailing the buildings’ specifications, the iBrochure incorporates floor plans and the total square footage of each space. Energy performance certificates have also been included, along with terms for renting the offices.
New branding was required for the development to create a standout visual identity and an eye-catching logo. Our team of experienced designers integrated an abstract C and T of the Clock Tower and alluded to the tower structure within the scheme.
The finished iBrochure is a visually impactful, informative and versatile marketing tool.
