We are delighted to be working with Ashtenne, one of the UK’s leading providers of commercial property space, on the marketing of Tameside Business Park, a mixed use scheme on the outskirts of Manchester. The business park has become known primarily as an industrial location, but also prides itself on newly refurbished, state-of-the-art office space, The Forum.
Ashtenne required new marketing collateral to present the wide range of cost-effective premises available to potential new occupiers in a contemporary and eye-catching way. Last week saw the launch of the new Tameside Business Park website which features a striking, full-screen gallery, showcasing both the office and industrial elements of the business park to full effect. An annotated aerial map within the location page clearly presents the park’s location in relation to the motorway network and key local businesses and landmarks. Further features include a downloadable i-brochure, a selection of occupier testimonials and a prominent call to action running throughout.
The website has been fully optimised for use on iPad and other tablets and a targeted Google Pay-Per-Click campaign is now underway to help drive enquiries through to the new site.
