Interactive i-brochures have increasingly become the marketing tool of choice for our commercial property clients. The digital option is particularly favoured by the retail sector, where agents tend to target a specific list of potential occupiers. In these cases, the wide-spread, traditional hard copy mail-out is no longer appropriate, or indeed cost-effective. The latest addition to our portfolio has just been launched on behalf of retail specialists, Tushingham Moore. The i-brochure was commissioned to market Swinton Shopping Centre, a 200,000 sq ft open mall in Salford, Greater Manchester. The i-brochure features freshly commissioned photography and an updatable schedule of availability, as well as showcasing the new anchor food tenant, a 35,000 sq ft Asda, alongside a diverse tenant line-up of household name brands.
