Do you know your hashtags from your Twitter handles, or your Snapchat from your Instagram? We cannot ignore the importance of social media within the marketing mix. To help businesses large and small across Knutsford, Bella Design & Marketing ran a social media workshop in association with Knutsford Town Council. The workshop focus was to help local business owners and decision makers kick-start or enhance their social media campaigns in order to better promote their products and services.
Topics covered included the key social media platforms, creating a coherent content strategy and measuring the effectiveness of a campaign. The workshop was created to be suitable for all users; from novices to more experienced social media users.
