Brand identity for new Manchester property agency
Lyons Thompson Letts, newly formed and with a specialism in retail and leisure property instructed Bella to create a brand identity and suite of marketing collateral for the new business.
Our Studio worked with the company owners to establish their requirements both in terms of market positioning and the specific materials needed for launch.
Lyons Thompson Letts chose a simple, minimalist, purely typographic brand concept. Focusing on the brand name two iterations were used to create the identity, LTL & Lyons Thompson Letts. The completed brand provides an immediately recognisable, strong look using the already recognised names of the Partners, abbreviated to what will over time become the established brand name, LTL Property Consultants.
The suite of collateral includes business cards, letterhead, in-house particulars, email signature, social graphics, marketing boards and brochure branding. A company website is currently under construction.
