Internal communications for Acro Aircraft Seating

Acro Aircraft Seating Ltd, market leaders in the design and manufacture of aircraft seats, required marketing support with internal communications to their rapidly growing workforce. Having recently enhanced the company’s website, our talented team had already proven their creative and technical prowess, and were delighted to take on board another digital marketing project for this dynamic client. 

For internal communications, Acro work with the sub-brand, My Acro, which provides a less corporate, softer look and feel, appropriate for communicating with employees and suppliers. Bella Design & Marketing worked with existing design assets to create digital email templates for weekly and monthly newsletters.  Content, which is provided on a weekly basis by Acro’s Human Resources department, includes stories on new starters,  fundraising events, team-budiling days, new staff benefits and client wins.


The newsletters are built as html graphics and broadcast by the Bella team to Acro’s supplied database of contacts. Stories click through to more information on the company’s password protected intranet. Following each broadcast, analytics are provided to highlight how many recipients opened the campaign and which links they clicked on. This information is then analysed and used to assess employee engagement with the newsletters and inform decisions on the relevance of forthcoming stories.
