Bella Design & Marketing recently supported Lyons Thompson Letts, Manchester-based retail and leisure specialists, with the creation of marketing materials for a prime retail unit on Exchange Street, located within St Ann’s Square, Manchester.

The brief was to produce a clear, focused marketing brochure that effectively presents the space and supports agents in attracting the right occupiers. Our team developed a clean, professional layout that prioritises key information while allowing the location and opportunity to speak for itself.
