Bespoke Marketing Brochure: Market Walk, Chorley

Bella Design & Marketing has completed a bespoke retail and leisure letting brochure for Market Walk, Chorley, on instruction of Manchester-based F&B property specialists Lyons Thompson Letts and Chorley Council.

The high-quality brochure was created to support the promotion of opportunities within the Lancashire shopping destination and combines professional ground photography, annotated drone imagery, detailed location mapping and GOAD plans to provide prospective occupiers with a clear overview of the scheme and its surrounding catchment.

Produced by Bella’s in-house design team, the brochure was developed to showcase Market Walk’s position within the heart of Chorley town centre and highlight the retail and leisure potential available to operators seeking representation in the area.
