Bespoke Marketing Brochure: 262 Deansgate, Manchester

Bella Design & Marketing has created a bespoke letting brochure for 262 Deansgate, Manchester, on instruction of commercial property specialists Roger Hannah.

The marketing material was produced to promote the available ground and lower ground floor commercial premises within The Residence, one of Manchester city centre’s most prestigious residential developments, completed in 2018. Positioned on the prominent Deansgate thoroughfare, the scheme offers a high-profile opportunity in the heart of the city.

Bella’s work included the creation of a distinctive brand identity for 262 Deansgate, alongside professional ground and interior photography, drawn location maps, detailed floor plans, GOAD plans and annotated aerial photography to support the marketing campaign.

The brochure was designed to provide prospective occupiers with a clear and engaging overview of the available space, location and surrounding amenities, while reinforcing the premium positioning of the development within Manchester’s commercial and residential landscape.
