ChesterBoat
Bella was appointed to design and develop a new website that would strengthen ChesterBoat’s online presence while creating a seamless experience for visitors looking to explore the range of cruises and events available throughout the year. The objective was to create a website that combined engaging visual storytelling with clear navigation, making it easy for users to discover experiences, access information and book with confidence.
For more than 40 years, ChesterBoat has been welcoming visitors aboard its fleet of river cruisers, offering sightseeing experiences, private charters and themed events on the beautiful River Dee. As one of Chester’s best-known visitor attractions, the business has built a reputation for delivering memorable experiences while showcasing the city from a unique perspective. As customer expectations evolved and online bookings became increasingly important, ChesterBoat required a modern digital platform that reflected the quality of its offering and simplified the customer journey.
Working closely with the ChesterBoat team, we developed a website that captures the spirit of the brand and the unique experience of being on the water. The new website places the River Dee and Chester’s stunning riverside scenery at the heart of the user experience, using striking imagery and carefully structured content to inspire visitors and encourage bookings.
