Bella Design & Marketing were instructed by London based Thackaray Group to create both the letting and subsequently the investment brochure for this prestigious property in the heart of Manchester city centre.
The brochures incorporate professional photography, drawn floor plans and location map. key Manchester stats, annotated aerial photography and GOAD.
The brochure designs incorporate a new brand identity for the property along with a strong colour palette to help reflect the vibrancy of Manchester city centre as a place to work, live and invest.
In addition to the letting and investment brochures we were also instructed to create large scale window vinyls to help raise the profile of the opportunity to potential occupiers.
