Kershaw Surveyors

Brand identity and new online presence.

Kershaw Surveyors, a leading North West property consultancy, commissioned Bella Design & Marketing to create a new brand identity and website that would reflect the firm’s expertise and values, whilst aligning visually with its parent company, WT Gunson.

The client’s brief was to deliver a contemporary, professional look and feel which would position Kershaw Surveyors as a distinct entity, yet maintain a cohesive link to the established WT Gunson brand. Bella’s design team was able to achieve this by retaining WT Gunson’s core colour palette and taking inspiration from its recognisable four-square logo.

These four squares were reimagined as vertical pillars—an elegant visual metaphor representing both the built environment, central to Kershaw’s surveying services and the company’s emphasis on stability and reliability. This thoughtful design element subtly reinforces the connection to WT Gunson while allowing Kershaw Surveyors to stand confidently with its own identity.

The result is a refined, minimalistic brand aesthetic brought to life on a sleek, intuitive website. The new site architecture ensures users can navigate service offerings, sector expertise, case studies and testimonials with ease. The homepage features a dynamic video slider that creates immediate visual impact, showcasing the firm’s work and reinforcing its expertise in the property sector.
