Orbit Developments
Brochure design for one of the largest providers of commercial property in the UK
We work with Orbit Developments to create impactful digital marketing literature to help raise awareness of available space across the company’s extensive North West retail & leisure portfolio.

Aintree Racecourse Retail Park
Bella worked with Orbit Developments on the creation of marketing materials for Aintree Racecourse Retail Park. Aintree Racecourse Retail Park is part of a major mixed-use development situated adjacent to the famous Aintree Racecourse, home of the Grand National, and within a short drive of Liverpool city centre.
The retail parks and surrounding stand-alone retail units combine to make one of the largest out-of-town retail warehousing clusters in the North West at 546,891 sqft. Occupiers are made up of a retail mix biased towards house & home shoppers, complimented by fashion, electricals, comparison and white goods.
Our work included the creation of an 6-page marketing brochure including ground and drone photography, drawn location maps, site plans and descriptive text.

Middlebrook Retail Park
Bella has recently completed work on marketing materials for Middlebrook Retail Park in Bolton, North West England. Middlebrook Retail Park is a landmark mixed-use development located at Junction 6 off the M61 motorway. At almost 676,000 sq ft it is the largest retail and leisure destination in the UK, attracting 12.5 million shoppers a year.
The brochure for the Retail Park incorporates high-quality professional photography, plans, annotated aerial photography, a location map, and agent contact details.

The sweeping curve from the Middlebrook logo is used as a key design element within the brochure to bring visual interest to the pages, alongside high impact full page photography and highlighted key statistics.
The floor plans and unit elevations are recoloured and styled to fit seamlessly into the brochure and a bespoke occupier plan of Middlebrook Retail Park was created. This provides a clean and easily understood overview of the park and surroundings, whilst retaining the level of detail required in this context.

Located adjacent to the University of Bolton Stadium, home of Bolton Wanderers FC, the retail park includes over 40 retailers, 4 cafes, 13 restaurants, a Hollywood Bowl and is anchored by Next, ASDA, Marks & Spencer, and a Vue cinema.
Adjacent to the Retail Park, the development includes a prestigious, modern business park with over 5,500 staff and an extensive residential development of 400 homes. Middlebrook also benefits from its own train station – Horwich Parkway – with direct services between Manchester City Centre, Blackpool, Preston, and Manchester Airport. In addition to having free parking for over 1,000 cars, Middlebrook is well served by local bus routes from the surrounding area.
