WT Gunson
Bella was appointed to design and develop a new website that would better reflect WT Gunson’s reputation, expertise and position within the commercial property sector. The existing digital presence no longer represented the breadth of services offered by the business, nor the quality and professionalism that clients experience when working with the firm.
With a heritage stretching back to 1873, WT Gunson is one of the North West’s longest-established firms of chartered surveyors and commercial property consultants. Operating from its Manchester city centre headquarters, the practice provides a comprehensive range of commercial property services across Greater Manchester, the North West and beyond, combining traditional values with modern commercial expertise.
Working closely with the WT Gunson team, we created a modern, user focused website that places intuitive property search, service information and lead generation at the heart of the user experience. The new platform was designed to support multiple audiences, from landlords and investors to occupiers, property developers and property owners, while ensuring that visitors could quickly access the information most relevant to them.
A key objective was to simplify a complex range of specialist services into a clear and intuitive structure. Through careful planning of the site architecture, content strategy and user journeys, we created a website that communicates the depth of WT Gunson’s expertise while making navigation straightforward and accessible. The design balances the firm’s long-standing heritage with a contemporary visual identity, reinforcing both credibility and professionalism.
